Our Impact & Stories
Witnessing the Power of Radical Hospitality in Action
Transforming Lives Through Direct Service
At Matthew 25 Project PA, our impact is measured in the lives touched and the hope restored through direct, compassionate service. We actively engage with individuals facing homelessness, food insecurity, and other profound challenges right at our doorstep. Our approach is hands-on, focusing on meeting immediate needs and building genuine connections.
Feeding the Poor
A cornerstone of our ministry, we've actively addressed food insecurity by distributing large quantities of milk and food, especially during critical times like COVID-19. Our commitment extends to ongoing efforts, ensuring warm meals and essential provisions reach those who need them most, embodying the spirit of "The poor are at our door."
The Room" Community Space
Originally known as the Homeless Depot, "The Room" is a welcoming, active community space. It provides a safe haven where individuals can find fellowship, support, and a sense of belonging, free from judgment. It's a place where radical hospitality is lived out daily, fostering dignity and opening pathways to renewed lives.
But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.
– Proverbs 1:33 (KJV)
Capturing Moments of Humanity
Through dedicated photography, our ministry captures the dignity, resilience, and quiet moments of connection that define the Matthew 25 Project PA. These photographs are not just images; they are another way we "sow seeds" and share the profound humanity present in every encounter. These authentic visuals are key to building confidence in the direct impact of our work.
